One Thing Learned: Well-Roundedness Doesn’t Work
This was a quote from one of the speakers, Jessica Butts, at the NAPO 2018 Conference. It struck a cord with me. How often has it been said that we ought to be well-rounded? Jessica suggests that we focus on doing the things in life that we enjoy and are good at and “don’t do stuff you suck at.” (her book title!)

This means enlist help where & when you can (either paid, trade or establish a new expectation.) Complete a quick Myers-Briggs Test to identify who you are and what your strengths are. Embrace all that makes you YOU, quit trying to do it all and stop beating yourself up.
